Personal, Social & Emotional Development

To say goodbye to my carer happily.
To choose and put away the things I need to use.
To take turns and put my hand up to speak in a large group.
To know what happens each day.
To feel confident to join in activities.
To make new friends and look after each other.
To know and understand our class and playground rules.
To get dressed/undressed all by myself.

Communication, Language & Literacy

To enjoy looking at books.
To listen and join in with stories and rhymes.
To hear initial sounds in words.
To learn letter sounds, names and shapes.
To learn to read some keywords.
To know that print tells me things.
To know that writing can be used in different ways.

Knowledge & Understanding of the World

To learn about myself and how I have grown and changed.
To explore the world around me using my senses.
To show an interest in everyday technology.
To be able to find my way around the classroom and the school.

Mathematical Development

To join in number songs/rhymes.
