Design a crown
Design a crown for our new King. You can use the following link to print off a copy of a crown outline. You may choose to then submit your entry to the John Lewis local competition by following the instructions or you could just bring in your design to share at school.

I Spy
Sit in your garden or an outside space nearby and record by writing, drawing, making a tally of all the plants, trees, animals and insects you can spot or hear by sitting still in just one spot. Use all of your senses.

Reading
Read the caption and draw a line to the corresponding picture. Click here to view the sheet.
Writing
Ask your child to use their phonics knowledge to write the words below. Tell your child each word and show them the correct spelling once they’d had a go. Please help them to hold their pencil using a tripod grip and form their letters starting and finishing in the right place.
Challenge: Ask your child to write the words in a sentence.
