A very warm welcome to Henleaze Infant School!

The Reception team are really looking forward to seeing you and your child at your home visit on either Monday 4th or Tuesday 5th or Wednesday 6th September. You do not need to prepare anything. The classroom teams will visit your home and start getting to you and your child. If you have forgotten the timing of your visit, please contact the school office.

We are excited to welcome groups of children into the classroom from Thursday 8th September. Please refer to your child’s personalised induction timetable to find out if they will be in school in the morning or the afternoon (if you have misplaced it – click here). 

Diary dates

• Wednesday 27th September –  Early Reading and Phonics meeting in the school hall at 2:50pm
• Monday 9th October – School INSET day
• Wednesday 18th October – Phonics learn-a-long at 9am (for about 20 minutes). We are inviting you into the classroom to take part in a Phonics lesson, alongside your child.
